There will be two Full-day Workshops held on Tuesday, January 3rd. A separate registration is required for each of the workshops. This year, we are happy to announce we will be offering the following workshops:

Following the MT Green Expo, an Interlocking Concrete Pavements Installation (ICPI) Certification Course will be offered. Old Castle/Belgard will host the 2-day Course, to be held at the Hilton Garden Inn on January 6-7, 2023. A separate registration is required. All MNLA Members will receive a discount. The MT Green Expo Convention, held at the Hilton Garden Inn, is where attendees come to hear over 19 hours of educational seminars from nationally known experts, including an excellent keynote presentation. Speakers in four tracks will address a variety of topics covering growing issues, plant varieties, new materials, green methods, landscaping, pest management, business planning and management, financial issues, fundamentals, and marketing. Several seminars will be eligible for earning MDA and ISA credits. The full speaker lineup can be viewed on our Schedule-At-A-Glance (will be linked when available).
Earn ISA CEU Credits and MDA Credits at the EXPO. Check back here soon for the Expo Program, showing which seminars have been approved for credits.
Register before December 1st and $ave!
If you are attending the Conference portion of the Expo, register before the Early Bird deadline of December 1st and you save substantially. Attendees may attend the Trade Show Exhibits free of charge and the seminars do not overlap with the Trade Show so you can attend both!
Full registration is for Two Days and includes the keynote presentation, seminars, all meals, breaks, entrance to the Awards Banquet, Lunch & Learn, Annual Meeting Luncheon, and free entrance to the Trade show on January 4th and 5th.
The Annual Banquet and Awards Show will be on Wednesday evening, and is the place where old friends reunite and new friendships bloom. Relax, kick back and enjoy a delicious dinner and great entertainment. Find out who the winners are for the Best of Montana Landscapes and Container Planting contests, and meet the Member-of-the-Year! A banquet ticket is included with all full convention registrations. If you register for one-day only and would like to attend the Awards Banquet, contact the MNLA office to register.
A Women in Horticulture Muffins & Mimosas Brunch will be held Thursday morning, for a fun mix and mingle network opportunity for women in the industry.
The Annual Meeting Luncheon will be open to all attendees on Thursday, and is a good time to catch up with the MNLA Board of Directors to hear about what their plans for the future of the Association are, and to ask any of your own questions and offer suggestions. Board member elections will be held during the Annual Meeting; we encourage you to come participate in electing the leaders that will shape the future of the MNLA.
The Certified Plant Professional (CPP) Exam will be offered on Thursday. This is one of only two times a year that we offer testing for this certification. Space is limited, so make sure you register early. You can register for the exam by following this link: Certified Plant Professional Exam Registration.
The Trade Show portion of the MT Green Expo will be open on Wednesday and Thursday, and is where the horticultural industry comes to see what’s new for the upcoming year. Landscape designers, landscape contractors, greenhouses & nurseries, growers, arborists, landscape and grounds managers, irrigation specialists, gift shops, government agencies, educators, and companies who provide equipment and services to the horticultural industry are all part of this exciting show.
Following the MT Green Expo, an ICPI Paver Installation Course will be offered. Old Castle/Belgard will host the 2-day Course, to be held at the Hilton Garden Inn on January 6 -7th, 2023. Hotel Reservations. We have a room block set up at the Hilton Garden Inn for Expo attendees. The group discount does expire, so reserve your room early. To receive the discounted rate, reserve before December 25th, 2022. Trade Show Move-In: Exhibitor MOVE-IN- starts the morning of Tuesday, January 3, 2023. More details about move-in will be provided to all exhibitors in the month leading up to EXPO.
All exhibitors must be moved in by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 4th.
